The location was quite convenient for accessing the
city center and the old port. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing local dining tips that suited our family needs. Unfortunately, the lack of an elevator made moving luggage difficult, and the room's cleanliness could have been improved.

The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful.
During my stay, I found the cleanliness of the room to be appalling, particularly the dirty carpet and unclean shower tiles that clearly needed maintenance. The noise from nearby ambulances made it difficult to relax, and the mattress was uncomfortable. I was disappointed to discover that there was a parking fee despite there being a spacious car park.

Had a decent stay! The room had a large kitchenette, which made meal prep easy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. A bit outdated and the carpets could definitely use some TLC, but overall a solid choice for a night.

The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals as needed. Plus, the room had a decent amount of space, which is always a plus on the road.
The carpets in the corridors and rooms were in desperate need of replacement. They were both stained and uninviting. Bathroom cleanliness was a concern, with old, mouldy tiles that definitely needed attention. No fresh towels were provided during my stay, and finding toilet paper was a challenge since supplies ran out. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms became quite uncomfortable during a heat wave. Lastly, the absence of an elevator made lugging bags up the stairs pretty inconvenient.

The kitchenette was well-equipped for preparing meals, making it a convenient choice. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, which was super handy. the carpet was stained and pretty shabby. The bathroom could definitely use an update. I noticed some mould in the shower. It would have been nice to have fresh towels without a charge, but I guess you get what you pay for. it was decent for what I needed, but definitely not a luxury experience.
